I took a look at David Icke. To me it seems he believes that the 'elite' have alien bloodlines or something? WTF?

I'm not a conspiracy theorist by any means so naturally don't believe that anything like it still exists. But the Illuminati definitely existed during the Enlightenment.

cut white bread, cut soft drinks, keep beer to a minimum,smaller portions more meals. rice,veg,steamed chicken or fish. red meat 1-2 times a week. fruit for snacks. shitloads of water and exercise and you will notice the difference in no time.
