Drinking a shake is just like eating an extra chicken breast.
cut white bread, cut soft drinks, keep beer to a minimum,smaller portions more meals. rice,veg,steamed chicken or fish. red meat 1-2 times a week. fruit for snacks. shitloads of water and exercise and you will notice the difference in no time.
