I like the look of the Southend stadium they have lots of shops going in the long thin bit which is all good, more jobs etc.

I hope that it's good for atmosphere too aswell as looks good otherwise it won't be worth half the hassle. I think they have designed it similar to Swanseas and aparantly they looked to Chelsea for the way the done theirs too

Kevin Mayer said that he would wait and have his testimonal when we get the new stadium, wonder if he will ?!
